摘  要:研究了双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯(BIPB)和硫磺(S)组成的共硫化体系对丁腈橡胶的硫化特性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,BIPB作为主交联剂、S作为助交联剂时,可明显促进丁腈橡胶的硫化,反之对丁腈橡胶的硫化促进作用不明显;复配过程中,BIPB和S互为对方的助交联剂且用量较低时,硫化胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和断裂伸长率均有不同程度的提高。The effects of co-vulcanization system of bis(tert-butyldioxyisopropyl)benzene(BIPB)and sulfur(S)on the vulcanization properties and mechanical properties of nitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR)were studied.The results showed that when BIPB was used as main crosslinking agent and S as assistant crosslinking agent,the vulcanization of NBR was obviously promoted,whereas the vulcanization of NBR was not significantly promoted.Moreover,when BIPB and S were as assistant crosslinking agent of each other and the dosage was low,the tensile strength,tear strength and elongation at break of NBR vulcanizates were improved to varying degrees.
