摘  要:按照合成DMM n的不同原料为分类依据,介绍了每种原料具有代表性机构的研究成果,简述了每种原料其中一个机构提出的工艺流程,回顾了工艺流程中有待解决的问题,分析了每种原料其代表性工艺流程的技术特点对比。指出水的存在是合成DMM n的不利因素,及时脱去反应中的水分是未来技术的发展难点,分析表明使用甲醇和甲醛作为原料具有成本低、反应设备投资小等优势,是将来工艺技术的发展方向。According to the classification of different raw materials of synthetic DMM n,the research results of representative institutions of each raw material were introduced,the process flow proposed by one of each raw materials was briefly described,the problems to be solved in the process flow were reviewed,and each problem was analyzed.The technical characteristics of the representative process of the raw materials are compared.It is pointed out that the existence of water is an unfavorable factor in the synthesis of DMM n,and it is difficult to develop the technology in the future.The analysis shows that the use of methanol and formaldehyde as raw materials has the advantages of low cost and small investment in reaction equipment.It is the development direction of future process technology and has great industrial application prospects.
