摘  要:以斯盘-80、OP-10为乳化剂,油酸乙酯为油相,通过表面活性剂复配方法制备了新型癸氧喹酯乳液制剂,对制剂稳定性、粒径进行了表征,并建立了新型癸氧喹酯乳液含量测定HPLC法。结果表明,制备的癸氧喹酯乳液制剂分散均匀,平均粒径0.548μm,粒径分布在0.105~1.997μm。采用高效液相反相色谱法,色谱柱为SepaXHP-C 18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:以乙腈∶0.2%冰醋酸(85∶15)为流动相,流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长265nm,进样体积20μL;柱温为30℃,测得3批癸氧喹酯乳剂中癸氧喹酯的含量分别为标示量的100.07%,100.33%,98.59%,在2.48~496.00μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R 2=0.9992),平均加样回收率分别为99.38%,100.22%,99.79%,RSD分别为1.08%,0.78%,1.04%。Span-80 and OP-10 were used as emulsifiers and ethyl oleate was used as oil phase.A new type of decoxyquinolate emulsion preparation was prepared by surfactant compounding which method,and the stability and particle size of the preparation were characterized.A new HPLC method for the determination of emulsion content of decoxyquinolate was established.The results showed that the prepared decoxyquinolate emulsion preparation was uniformly dispersed,with an average particle diameter of 0.548μm and a particle size distribution of 0.105~1.997μm.High performance liquid phase reversed phase chromatography;the column was SepaXHP-C 18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);mobile phase:acetonitrile∶0.2%glacial acetic acid(85∶15)as mobile phase;flow rate 0.8 mL/min;the detection wavelength was 265 nm;the injection volume was 20μL;the column temperature was 30℃,and the content of the quinoxaphene ester in the three batches of the decoxyquinolate emulsion was 100.07%,100.33%,98.59%,respectively.The linear relationship was good in the range of 2.48~496.00μg/mL(R 2=0.9992),and the average recovery rates were 99.38%,100.22%and 99.79%,respectively,and the RSD was 1.08%,0.78%and 1.04%,respectively.
