摘  要:为了揭示旋涡进动效应所产生的涡旋低压流场演化规律,从而为旋进旋涡流量计压力传感器选型及安装位置提供依据,对DN50某型号旋进旋涡流量计内全三维非定常流场进行数值分析。经过实验验证,所采用的定常-非定常两步走的数值求解策略能准确获得低压区压力脉动频率特性,所得仪表系数与实验值吻合良好。数值模拟结果完整呈现了旋涡进动效应影响下沿轴向及周向压力脉动规律。为了保证和扩大量程比,给出压力传感器低压区的灵敏度、传感器尺寸及位置的选择依据。In order to reveal the evolution of low pressure flow field due to the vortex precession effect,then provide theoretical foundation for selecting the pressure sensor and it’s install location,detailed 3 D unsteady simulation was carried out for a DN50 swirl flowmeter.The experiment results show that:the steady-unsteady two steps numerical method can accurately capture the pressure fluctuation frequency,the meter factor obtained by numerical simulation is agree well with the experimental value.The numerical results completely show the pressure fluctuation along the axial direction and circumferential direction under the vortex precession effect.Selecting rule for the sensitivity,size and install location of the pressure senor were given.
