锁定钢板三柱内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的通过对比普通钢板固定和锁定钢板三柱内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果,旨在为复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床治疗提供有价值的参考依据。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月我院收治的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者85例作为研究对象,采取抽签法随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者采取锁定钢板三柱内固定进行治疗,对照组患者采取普通钢板固定进行治疗,对比两组的疗效、并发症的发生率、手术时间、出血量、骨折愈合时间以及完全负重时间等指标。结果实验组患者治疗后的优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者手术时间、出血量、骨折愈合时间以及完全负重时间明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者不良反应发生率为8.9%,对照组为17.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复杂胫骨平台骨折可采取锁定钢板三柱内固定进行治疗,疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床大力推广。Objective To provide a valuable reference for the clinical treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures by comparing the effects of ordinary plate fixation and three-column locking plate internal fixation on the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods 85 patients with complicated tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by lottery.Patients in the experimental group were treated with three-column locking plate internal fixation.The patients in the control group were treated with ordinary plate fixation.The efficacy,complication rate,operation time,bleeding volume,fracture healing time,and total weight bearing time were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate after treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,bleeding volume,fracture healing time,and total weight bearing time were significantly smaller in the experimental group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 8.9%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 17.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Complicated tibial plateau fractures can be treated with three-column locking plate internal fixation,which has significant curative effect and high safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
