摘　　要：党支部书记是高校附属公立医院党支部的“领头羊”,对促进基层党组织建设质量和业务提升具有重要作用。但兼职党支部书记存在着“头雁”作用不突出,推动党建工作与医教研工作融合效果不明显等问题,需要积极探索新时代公立医院兼职党支部书记培育方式和路径。The party branch secretary is the leader of the party branch of a universities affiliated public hospital,and plays an important role in promoting the quality of grass-roots party organizations and improving their professions.However,the part-time party branch secretary has problems such as the lack of a"head goose"role,and insufficient efforts in promoting the integration of party building work with medical education and research work.It is necessary to actively explore the way and path to cultivate the part-time party branch secretary of public hospitals in the new era.
