国家考古遗址公园建设研究——以鲁国故城遗址为例

摘　　要：以鲁国故城国家考古遗址公园建设与运营为例,分析如何发挥考古遗址公园的科研、教育和游憩功能。尤其是经济欠发达地区的考古遗址公园,如何解决建设运营资金短缺,且主要依靠政府财政拨款等问题,最终使考古遗址公园自身形成“造血”机制,达到遗址公园经营反哺遗址保护状态。从基本定位与优惠政策,遗址公园运营模式,公共考古与公众参与,区域资源整合,文旅产业与创意产业开发,搭建平台引入社会资金等六个方面,提出鲁国故城国家考古遗址公园建设运营的具体策略,以期为其它考古遗址公园提供参考。Taking the construction and operation of the National Archaeological Site Park of the Ancient City of Lu as an example,this article analyzes how to play the scientific,educational,and recreational functions of the archeological site park,and how to solve the shortage of construction and operating funds,in particularly the underdeveloped areas,where mainly rely on government financial support,to eventually form a"blood-making"mechanism to feed themselves.From the six aspects including basic positioning and preferential policies,the operation model,public archaeology and participation,regional resource integration,cultural and innovative industry development,and social funds introduction,this paper puts forward specific strategies for the construction and operation of the national archaeological ruins park of the ancient city of Lu,expecting to provide reference for other archaeological site parks.
