强化健康教育模式在声带息肉摘除术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨强化健康教育模式在声带息肉摘除术患者中的应用及效果。方法选取2018年1至12月我院耳鼻咽喉科收治并行声带息肉摘除术患者100例,按住院号单、双号分为强化组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规护理,强化组在常规护理基础上给予强化健康教育模式,比较两组患者的健康知识掌握程度、治疗效果及医疗护理服务满意度。结果强化组的健康知识掌握程度、疾病治疗效果及医疗护理服务满意度等均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在声带息肉摘除术患者中实施强化健康教育模式能有效地提高患者对健康知识的掌握,提高疾病治疗效果,提高医疗护理服务满意度。Objective To explore the application and effect of intensive health education mode in patients with vocal cord polyp excision.Methods From January to December,2018,100 patients with vocal cord polyp excision admitted by otolaryngology department of our hospital were selected.The patients were divided into intensive group and control group according to the single and double number of admission.according to the number of hospitalization,the patients were divided into intensive group and control group with 50 cases in each group.the control group was given routine nursing care.the intensive group was given an intensive health education model on the basis of conventional nursing.compare the health knowledge of the two groups,treatment effect and medical nursing service satisfaction.Results Strengthen the health knowledge of the group,the effect of disease treatment and the satisfaction of medical care service were significantly better than the control group.the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with vocal cord polyp excision,intensive health education mode can effectively improve patients'mastery of health knowledge.Improve the satisfaction of medical and nursing services.
