摘  要:在外业数据采集过程中,拍摄现势性照片作为内业判读依据或者成果样本。在ArcGIS中通过超链接工具将空间矢量数据与超链接文件进行关联。而在实际情况中,内业根据作业和质量要求需要删除部分照片和照片空间矢量数据,通常两者是不对应的。本文提出了一种基于Python的空间矢量数据与超链接文件一致性的检查和自动化处理算法,以及生成统计信息报表,实现空间矢量要素点与关联文件数量和属性信息的统一,大大提高了筛查的效率,消除手工筛选的工作量。在北京市核心区室外公共空间无障碍设施采集、录入项目中得以验证,并可广泛应用于地理国情普查与监测、国土调查等普查类工作。In the process of external data acquisition,taking current photos as the basis of internal interpretation or result samples.In ArcGIS,hyperlink tools are used to associate spatial vector data with hyperlink files.In practice,according to the requirements of work and quality,some photos and photo space vector data need to be deleted.Usually,the two are not corresponding.This paper presents a Python-based algorithm for consistency checking and automatic processing of space vector data and hyperlinked files,as well as the generation of statistical information reports,which unifies the number and attribute information of space vector elements and related files,greatly improves the efficiency of screening and eliminates the workload of manual screening.It has been validated in the collection and entry of accessible facilities in outdoor public space of Beijing core district,and can be widely used in geographic and national conditions survey and monitoring,land survey and other census work.
