摘　　要：目的:了解护理专业学生对老年失智症预防的认知情况。方法:采用整群抽样,对镇江市某高校护理专业学生进行问卷调查。结果:护理专业学生老年失智症预防知识得分为10.03±2.62分,态度均分为4.42±0.84分;不同年级护理专业学生的老年痴呆预防知识、态度得分比较,差异无统计学意义(F=1.753,P=0.162;F=2.603,P=0.056)。结论:护理专业学生的老年失智症预防知识水平中等,态度较积极,需进行教学改革,开展针对性培训,提升护生预防老年失智症认知的整体水平。Objective:To explore the cognition of nursing students on dementia prevention.Methods:Cluster sampling was used to investigate nursing students in a college in Zhenjiang city.Results:The score of knowledge on dementia prevention among nursing students was 10.03±2.62,and the score of attitude was 4.42±0.84.The scores of knowledge and attitude of dementia prevention among nursing students of different grades showed no significant difference(F=1.753,P=0.162;F=2.603,P=0.056).Conclusion:Nursing students have a medium level of knowledge on dementia prevention and a positive attitude.Therefore,teaching reform and targeted training should be carried out to improve the overall cognition level of nursing students on dementia prevention.
