手术安全核查表在手术安全管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨手术安全核查表在手术安全管理中的应用效果。方法依据整群随机抽样法将2016年8月至2018年8月在阜宁县人民医院手术的患者2000例为观察对象,其中2017年8月至2018年8月手术的1000例按手术安全核查表执行手术安全核查,为执行组;2016年8月至2017年7月手术的1000例按手术安全管理常规进行手术安全核查,为未执行组。统计分析两组的准确识别身份、准确执行医嘱、准确清点物品、手术部位正确、手术清点正确、安全用药与输血、安全保管并送检手术标本情况,以及护士对执行安全核查表的必要性的认识情况、护理差错发生情况。结果执行组患者的准确识别身份、准确执行医嘱、准确清点物品、手术部位正确、手术清点正确、安全用药与输血、安全保管并送检手术标本比例均显著高于未执行组(P<0.05)。执行组的护理差错发生率(0.4%)显著低于未执行组(2.6%)(P<0.05)。结论手术安全核查表在手术安全管理中的应用效果好,能够有效帮助护士准确识别身份、准确执行医嘱、准确清点物品、手术部位正确、手术清点正确、安全用药与输血、安全保管并送检手术标本,提升护士重视程度,降低护理差错发生率。Objective To explore the effect of safety checklist in the management of operation safety.Methods Totally 2000 patients who underwent surgery in Funing County People's Hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were enrolled into this study by the method of cluster random sampling,of which 1000 patients(study group)who underwent surgery from August 2017 to August 2018 were performed operation safety verification according to the operation safety checklist.The rest of patients(control group)who underwent surgery from August 2016 to July 2017 were treated without safety checklist where the management routinely carried on.The rates of accurate identification,accurate implementation of doctor's orders,accurate inventory of items,correct surgical site,correct surgical inventory,safe medication and blood transfusion,safe storage and inspection of surgical specimens as well as the incidence of nursing errors were compared between the two groups.Results The precision rates of identifying,implementation doctor's orders,inventory items,locating operation,checking operation,safe medication and blood transfusion,safe keeping and sending operation specimens in the study group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing errors in the study group was 0.4%,which was significantly lower than that of control group(2.6%)significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of safety checklist in operation safety management achieve good results,which reduce the incidence of nursing errors.
