地佐辛复合丙泊酚应用于无痛结肠镜检查中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨地佐辛复合丙泊酚应用于结肠镜检查中的麻醉效果和安全性。方法将于我院行结肠镜检查的90例患者根据麻醉药物的不同分为N、F和D组,各30例。比较三组的麻醉效果。结果 T1、T2时刻,D、F组的SpO2、RR高于N组,且D组的RR高于F组(P<0.05)。D、F组的丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间、离院时间和苏醒后30 min VAS评分优于N组,且D组苏醒后30 min VAS评分低于F组(P<0.05)。D组术中体动、呼吸抑制和术后呕吐发生率低于N组,且呼吸抑制和术后恶心、呕吐发生率低于F组(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛复合丙泊酚用于无痛结肠镜检查,麻醉效果好,不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To investigate the anesthesia effect and safety of dezocine combined with propofol in colonoscopy.Methods Ninety patients undergoing colonoscopy in our hospital were divided into group N, F and D according to different anesthetic drugs, with 30 cases in each group. The anesthesia effects of the three groups were compared. Results At T1 and T2, SpO2 and RR of the groups D and F were higher than those of the group N, and RR of the group D was higher than that of the group F(P<0.05). The dosage of propofol, the time of recovery, the time of leaving hospital and the VAS score at 30 minutes after recovery in the groups D and F were all better than those in the group N, and VAS score of the group D was lower than that of the group F(P <0.05). The incidences of intraoperative body movement, respiratory inhibition and postoperative vomiting in the group D were lower than those in the group N, and the incidences of respiratory inhibition and postoperative nausea and vomiting were lower than those in the group F(P<0.05). Conclusion Dezocine combined with propofol applied in painless colonoscopy can gain satisfactory anaesthesia effects, fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
