阴道B超介导的抽吸术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症囊肿患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道B超介导的抽吸术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症囊肿患者的临床效果。方法将2017年1月至2019年1月我院妇产科100例卵巢子宫内膜异位症囊肿患者依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施腹腔镜手术,观察组在阴道B超引导下进行穿刺抽吸术,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。手术后,两组E2水平均升高,LH、FSH水平均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后首次下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后随访6个月,观察组的复发率及再次手术率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后随访6个月,观察组的性生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阴道B超引导下穿刺抽吸术可提高卵巢子宫内膜异位症囊肿的疗效,还可减少复发和再次手术率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of transvaginal ultrasound-guided aspiration in patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst. Methods From January 2017 to January 2019, 100 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group underwent laparoscopic surgery, and the observation group underwent puncture and aspiration under the guidance of transvaginal ultrasound. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After surgery, E2 levels increased in both groups, LH and FSH levels decreased in both groups, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The first time of getting out of bed and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). Postoperative followup for 6 months, the recurrence rate and reoperation rate of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Postoperative follow-up for 6 months, the scores of sexual quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound-guided puncture and aspiration can improve the therapeutic effect of ovarian endometriosis cyst, and reduce recurrence and reoperation rate.
