补中益气汤联合生物反馈疗法治疗盆底失弛缓型便秘的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨补中益气汤联合生物反馈疗法治疗盆底失弛缓型便秘的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的50例盆底失弛缓型便秘患者,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组采用生物反馈疗法治疗,观察组采用补中益气汤联合生物反馈疗法治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、肛管直肠压力及胃肠激素水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组直肠肛管压差、力排时肛管残余压均明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组MTL、SP水平均升高,SS水平均降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用补中益气汤联合生物反馈疗法治疗盆底失弛缓型便秘,能够有效提高治疗效果,改善患者的肛管直肠压力和胃肠激素水平,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with biofeedback therapy on pelvic achalasia constipation. Methods Fifty patients with pelvic achalasia constipation admitted in our hospital From January2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with biofeedback therapy, and the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with biofeedback therapy. The therapeutic effect, anorectal pressure and gastrointestinal hormone levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 76.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the anorectal pressure difference and the residual pressure of anal canal during forced drainage in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of MTL and SP in the two groups increased, and the levels of SS decreased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with biofeedback therapy can effectively enhance the treatment effect of pelvic achalasia constipation, improve the anorectal pressure and gastrointestinal hormone levels of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
