摘　　要：目的探讨自拟疏肝健胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床效果。方法将80例CAG患者以随机数字法分为治疗组(43例)和对照组(37例)。治疗组用自拟疏肝健胃汤进行治疗,对照组用常规西药进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的胃胀、胃痛、胁肋胀满及泛酸评分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟疏肝健胃汤从肝论治CAG的疗效佳,可显著改善该病的主要症状,适合推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-designed Shugan Jianwei decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG). Methods Eighty CAG patients were divided into treatment group(43 cases) and control group(37 cases) by random number method. The treatment group was treated with self-designed Shugan Jianwei decoction, and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of gastric distension, stomachache, flank fullness and pantothenic acid in both groups decreased, and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Selfdesigned Shugan Jianwei decoction in the treatment of CAG from live theory has a good therapeutic effect, it can significantly improve the main symptoms of the disease, which is suitable for promotion.
