摘  要:目的探讨中医分期辨治在小儿反复呼吸道感染治疗中的应用效果。方法将在我院住院治疗的130例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为观察组(65例,中医分期辨治)与对照组(65例,西医治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1年,两组的IgA、IgG、IgM水平均升高,CK-MB、LDH、CK水平均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1年,两组情感功能、生理功能、社会功能、角色功能评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医分期辨治在小儿反复呼吸道感染中的效果显著,可减轻患儿的心肌损伤,提高其免疫功能和生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of TCM staging and dialectical treatment in children’s recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 130 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection who hospitalized in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(65 cases, TCM staging and dialectical treatment) and control group(65 cases, western medical treatment). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). One year after treatment, IgA,IgG and IgM levels in the two groups increased, CK-MB, LDH and CK levels decreased, those in the observation group were better than the control group(P <0.05). One year after treatment, emotional function, physiological function, social function and role function scores in the two groups increased, those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion TCM staging and dialectical treatment in children’s recurrent respiratory tract infection has a significant effect, it can reduce myocardial injury, improve immune function and quality of life of children.
