摘　　要：目的探讨足背静脉、大隐静脉穿刺在深静脉血栓肢体溶栓中的效果。方法选择我院收治的297例深静脉血栓患者,根据穿刺方法将其分为A组(163例,足背静脉穿刺)和B组(134例,大隐静脉穿刺)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果A组一次穿刺成功率、留置针留置时间、住院时间、住院费用均优于B组(P<0.05)。A组的抗凝溶栓治疗总有效率明显高于B组,并发症总发生率明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论足背静脉穿刺在深静脉血栓肢体溶栓中的效果显著,一次性穿刺成功率高,并发症少。Objective To compare the effect of dorsalis pedis and great saphenous veins puncture on thrombolysis of deep venous thrombosis in limbs. Methods A total of 297 patients with deep venous thrombosis admitted in our hospital were selected. According to the puncture method, the patients were divided into group A(163 cases, dorsalis pedis vein puncture) and group B(134 cases, great saphenous vein puncture). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of one-time puncture, retention time of retention needle, hospitalization time and expenses in the group A were better than those in the group B(P<0.05). The total effective rate of anticoagulation and thrombolysis in the group A was significantly higher than that in group B, and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the group B(P<0.05). Conclusion Dorsalis pedis vein puncture on thrombolysis of deep venous thrombosis in limbs has a significant effect, with higher success rate of one-time puncture and fewer complications.
