摘　　要：目的分析护理干预对肝移植患者术前心理状态的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2019年11月我院收治的56例肝移植患者为研究对象,遵循随机原则将患者分为常规组(n=28,常规护理)和干预组(n=28,针对患者存在的负性情绪,给予针对性的护理干预)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者MSSNS各维度评分及总分均较护理前显著降低,且干预组低于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者WHOQOL-100量表各维度评分及总分均较护理前显著升高,且干预组高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对患者存在的负性情绪,给予针对性的护理干预,能够有效改善肝移植患者的术前心理状态,提高其手术信心,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on preoperative psychological state of patients with liver transplantation. Methods Fifty-six patients with liver transplantation admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random principle, the patients were divided into routine group(n=28, routine nursing) and intervention group(n=28, targeted nursing intervention according to the negative emotions of the patients). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, all dimensions scores and total scores of MSSNS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing, and those in the intervention group were lower than the routine group(P <0.05). After nursing, all dimensions scores and total scores of WHOQOL-100 scale in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing, and those in the intervention group were higher than the routine group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention is given according to the negative emotions of patients can effectively improve the preoperative psychological state of patients with liver transplantation and enhance their confidence in surgery, which is worth promoting.
