基于Green理论的培训在改善消毒供应室护士职业防护中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于Green理论的培训在改善消毒供应室(CSSD)护士职业防护中的应用效果。方法我院于2019年3月对21名CSSD护士开展Green理论培训,观察Green理论培训前、后护士的职业防护知识和职业暴露防护行为评分、职业认同感和工作满意度。结果 Green理论培训后,护士的职业防护知识、职业暴露防护行为评分、一致感、把握感、患者影响感、自我决定感、自我效力感、有意义感、组织影响感以及工作满意度评分均高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论基于Green理论的培训可提高CSSD护士职业防护知识水平,减少职业暴露行为的发生,改善职业认同感和工作满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of training based on Green theory in improving occupational protection of nurses in central sterile supplies department(CSSD). Methods In March 2019, our hospital conducted Green theory training for 21 nurses in CSSD, the scores of occupational protection knowledge and occupational exposure protection behavior, professional identity and job satisfaction of nurses before and after Green theory training were observed. Results After the Green theory training, scores of occupational protection knowledge, occupational exposure protection behavior,sense of consistency, sense of mastery, patient influence, self-determination, self-efficacy, sense of significance,organizational influence and job satisfaction score of nurses were higher than those before training(P<0.05). Conclusion The training based on Green theory can improve the knowledge level of CSSD nurses’ occupational protection, reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure behavior, and improve the professional identity and job satisfaction.
