健脾生血片治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的效果

摘　　要：目的观察健脾生血片治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血(IDA)的临床效果。方法选取2017年4月~2019年3月我院收治的164例IDA患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各82例。对照组给予多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗,观察组加用健脾生血片治疗。比较两组临床效果、血常规指标、铁代谢指标及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率为92.68%(76/82)高于对照组的78.05%(64/82),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗3个月后RBC、Hb、HCT、MCV水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前血清铁蛋白(SF)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)、血铁清含量(SI)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗3个月后SF、TSAT、SI水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健脾生血片治疗IDA效果显著,可提高患者血常规指标及铁代谢指标,促进患者康复,且不增加副作用,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Shengxue Tablets in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy(IDA).Methods From April 2017 to March 2019,164 patients with IDA treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group,82 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Polysaccharide Iron Complex Capsules,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Shengxue Tablets in basic of the control group.Clinical effect,the blood routine indexes and iron metabolism indexes were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT),blood mean red cell volume(MCV)level between the two groups before treatment,but RBC,Hb,HCT and MCV levels in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference levels of serum ferritin(SF),transferrin saturation;transferring saturation(TSAT),serum ferritin content(SI)between the two groups before treatment,the levels of SF,TSAT and SI in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was compared with that in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Shengxue Tablets is effective in the treatment of IDA,which can improve the blood routine index and iron metabolism index of the patients,and promote the rehabilitation of the patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
