延续性护理在老年冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理在老年冠心病(CHD)不稳定性心绞痛患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年11月~2019年5月我院收治的98例老年CHD不稳定性心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=49)与观察组(n=49)。对照组采用常规出院指导方法,观察组采用延续性护理指导方法。比较两组的西雅图心绞痛评价量表、不良事件发生情况、患者负面情绪评分情况。结果观察组干预后西雅图心绞痛评价量表在各方面评分高于干预前和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后负面情绪评分在焦虑、抑郁方面低于干预前和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理对老年CHD不稳定性心绞痛患者有较好的干预效果,可改善患者的西雅图心绞痛评价量表评分,减少不良事件的发生,改善患者的负面情绪。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing in elderly patients with(CHD)unstable angina pectoris.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with(CHD)unstable angina pectoris from November 2017 to may 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=49)and observation group(n=49).The control group used the routine discharge guidance method,and the observation group used the continuous nursing guidance method.The changes of Seattle angina evaluation scale,adverse events and negative emotion score were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the score of Seattle angina evaluation scale in the observation group was higher than that before intervention and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative emotional score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group in anxiety and depression(P<0.05).Conclusion continuous nursing has a good effect on elderly patients with CHD unstable angina pectoris.It can improve the score of Seattle angina evaluation scale,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and improve the negative emotions of patients.
