摘　　要：考虑到"重系统开发,轻数据建库"的问题较为普遍,结合武汉市地下管线综合信息系统建设需求,采用.NET+C#的开发模式开发了一套集管线建库、质量检查、超限检查、中误差计算、工作量统计、管线成图及导出报表等多功能于一体的地下管线数据综合处理软件UltraPipe Desktop 2018。该软件不仅显著提高了数据处理、建库的效率,也从源头上对数据质量进行了有效控制,为地下管线信息系统建设提供了坚实的数据保障。Considering the demand of city underground pipelines information system construction of Wuhan,this paper developed a comprehensive underground pipeline data processing software named UltraPipe Desktop with C#and.NET.It has a variety of functions,such as database building,data quality inspection,error calculation,workload statistics,pipeline mapping and report exporting,etc.The software can not only improve the data processing efficiency of underground pipelines database construction,but also control the data quality from the source data,which provides a solid guarantee for the construction of underground pipelines information system.
