摘 要:在乡村振兴战略的大背景下,为研究淅川县生态物流的发展现状,采用层次分析法(AHP)构建了影响淅川县生态物流发展的指标体系。以淅川县生态物流的发展作为目标层,将物流基础设施建设、生态效益、政治环境3个指标作为综合指标层。物流基础设施建设、物流产业规模与效益、农产品低温仓储能力、环境污染度、废弃物循环利用能力、政策扶持等10个指标为子指标层,通过对各指标权重的分析,对淅川县生态物流的发展进行了评价,得出综合指标层中物流综合能力指标的权重最大,并为淅川县生态物流的发展提供相应的对策建议。Under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization,in order to study the current situation of ecological logistics in Xichuan County and promote its further development,an index system affecting the development of ecological logistics in Xichuan County was established by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Taking the development of ecological logistics in Xichuan County as the target level,the construction of logistics infrastructure,ecological benefit and political environment as the comprehensive index level,the construction of logistics infrastructure,the scale and benefit of logistics industry,the low-temperature storage capacity of agricultural products,the degree of environmental pollution,the recycling capacity of waste and policy support are 10 indicators.Marked as sub-index level,through the weight analysis of each index,the development of ecological logistics in Xichuan County was evaluated,and it was concluded that in the comprehensive index level,the weight of comprehensive logistics capability index was the largest,and provide corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of ecological logistics in Xichuan County.
