摘　　要：应急物流体系作为构成应对突发公共事件的应急系统中的一部分,是基于供应链思想指导下的具体应对措施,应用完善的应急物流体系能够有效保障救灾物资的筹措采购、运输配送、配发回收。在科学的物流理论、高新的信息技术手段基础上构建的应急物流体系,主要包括应急物流决策指挥中心、应急物流供应链中心、应急物流信息中心三大模块。文中基于应急物流体系涵义的探讨,进而分析应急物流体系的构建和管理方法,以期为应急物流体系的建立提供参考意见。As a part of the emergency system,the emergency logistics system is based on the specific measures under the guidance of the thought of supply chain,this can effectively ensure the financing of disaster relief materials procurement,transportation and distribution,distribution and recovery.Scientific Logistics Theory and high and new information technology means can set up an emergency logistics system,it can be divided into three modules:Emergency Logistics Decision and command center,Emergency Logistics Supply Chain Center and Emergency Logistics Information Center.Based on the meaning of emergency logistics system,this paper analyzes the construction and management of emergency logistics system,in order to provide reference for the establishment of emergency logistics system.
