摘 要:传统以地区为主的生鲜农产品运输、销售与保存模式,会在基础物流环节损失25%~30%的经济利益,大量保鲜期短、含水量高的蔬果产品在物流运输过程中腐烂变质,对大中型企业的生鲜农产品经营造成严重的负面影响。随着互联网电子商务购物模式的迅速发展,普通消费者更愿意从网络平台,选购符合自身需求的生鲜农产品,那么产品质量的新鲜与健康,就成为消费者对农产品选购的主要要求。基于此,利用网购模式开展的生鲜农产品运输和销售,就要引入专业的生鲜冷链物流储藏设备,不断形成与优化冷链物流产业的建设模式,以保障生鲜农产品物流运输的新鲜、健康与安全。The traditional mode of transporting,selling and preserving fresh agricultural products mainly based on regions will lose 25%to 30%of economic benefits in basic logistics.A large number of fruit and vegetable products with short freshness period and high water content will rot during logistics Deterioration has severely negatively impacted the operation of fresh produce in large and medium-sized enterprises.In particular,the rapid development of the Internet e-commerce shopping model,ordinary consumers are more willing to buy fresh agricultural products from online platforms to meet their own needs,then the freshness and health of product quality has become the main requirements for consumers to purchase agricultural products.Based on this,the transportation and sale of fresh agricultural products using the online shopping model must introduce professional fresh cold chain logistics storage equipment,and continue to form and optimize the construction model of the cold chain logistics industry to ensure the freshness,Health and safety.
