摘 要:随着大数据时代的到来,电商企业得到了迅速的发展,物流行业不断地发展,从而导致了我国对于物流人才的需求量日益增加,尤其是高质量的人才成为了巨大的缺口。因此文中基于对物流专业人才培养五重螺旋模式理论和现实依据的认识,探讨培养物流专业人才,科研、企业、政府以及物流的自然环境的耦合关系,并构建出以政府、企业、科研、专业人才、自然环境所构成的五重螺旋模式,从而提出提高物流专业人才培养质量的建议。With the advent of the era of big data,e-commerce enterprises have developed rapidly,and logistics has continued to develop,which has led to an increasing demand for logistics talents in China,and especially high-quality talents have become a huge gap.Therefore,based on the understanding of the theory and practical basis of the five-spiral model of logistics talent training,this paper explores the coupling relationship between the cultivation of logistics students,scientific research,enterprises,government,and the natural environment of logistics,and builds government,enterprise,research,and student The five-fold spiral pattern formed by the natural environment,so as to put forward suggestions to improve the quality of logistics professionals.
