摘  要:10kV线路越级跳闸事故的准确辨识,对于减小事故范围、降低停电损失具有重要意义,然而造成线路越级跳闸事故的异常原因既可能涉及一次设备,也可能涉及二次设备,排查的范围和难度较大。为了克服这一难题,提出了一种线路越级跳闸事故辨识方法。首先,基于线路保护基本原理,诊断出造成越级跳闸异常的关键环节,并对控制断路器跳闸的各个关键环节逐一分析,提炼了多种可能的异常原因。然后,为了提高现场排查效率,有效定位异常原因,提出了事故发生后整体的辨识流程和方法。最后,以3个典型实际案例的计算分析,表明所提方法均能够精准有效地判断出越级事故的原因。The accurate identification of the 10kV line override trip accident is very important for reducing the scope of accidents and reducing the loss of power outages.However,the cause of the abnormal trip of the line tripping accident may involve both the primary equipment problem and the secondary equipment question.The scope and difficulty of the investigation are relatively large.In order to overcome this problem,a method for identifying the override trip accident of the line is proposed.To carry out a comprehensive analysis of the cause of the accident,based on the basic principle of line protection,the key link causing the abnormal override trip is diagnosed,and each key link of the tripping of the circuit breaker is analyzed one by one,and various possible abnormal causes are extracted.In order to improve the efficiency of on-site inspection and effectively locate the cause of the abnormality,the overall identification process and method after the accident occurred are proposed.Finally,the calculation and analysis of three typical actual cases show that the proposed method can accurately and effectively determine the cause of the override trip accident.
