摘  要:研究了采用氢氧化铝吸附沉淀锂—焙烧—水浸工艺从含锂矿石酸性浸出液中提取锂。结果表明:在搅拌时间5h、溶液pH=7、吸附温度40℃条件下用氢氧化铝吸附沉淀锂,锂沉淀率为98.7%;沉淀物在500℃下焙烧40min,然后用水浸出,控制液固体积质量比1.5∶1、浸出温度45℃、浸出时间4h,锂浸出率达99%,锂的回收效果较好。By the process of aluminum hydroxide adsorption and precipitation—roasting—water leaching,the lithium in the sulfuric acid leachate of lithium-containing ore was extracted.The test results show that under the conditions of stirring time of 5h,solution pH of 7,temperature of 40℃,the lithium precipitation ratio reaches 98.7%.The precipitate is roasted for 40min at 500℃,then is leached for 4hunder the conditions of liquid-to-solid ratio of 1.5∶1and temperature of 45℃,the lithium leaching rate of 99%can be reached.
