摘  要:研究了铅银渣还原焙烧挥发铅、锌,考察了升温制度、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、焦粉用量、添加剂用量等对铅锌挥发率的影响。结果表明:在1200℃下恒温焙烧60min,控制焦粉用量40%、添加剂氧化钙用量4%,铅、锌挥发率分别高达98.85%和97.6%,挥发效果较好。Volatilization of lead and zinc in lead-silver slag of zinc smelting by reduction was studied.The effects of heating system,roasting temperature,roasting time,coke powder content and additive usage on the volatilization rates of lead and zinc were examined.The results show that under the conditions of roasting temperature of 1200℃,roasting time of 60min,coke powder content of 40%,and additive usage of 4%,the volatilization rates of lead and zinc are 98.85%and 97.6%,respectively.
