摘 要:研究了用季胺盐协同体系(P507+N263)从溶液中萃取镧。结果表明:2种萃取剂混合后对镧有正协同萃取作用,最大协同系数达3.25;在V(P507)/V(N263)=1/1、料液pH=3.5、Vo/Va=3/4、振荡时间7min条件下,镧萃取分配比为0.94;在稀土浓度0.52mol/L、振荡时间7min、Vo/Va=1/1条件下,镧铈分离系数达14.8;负载有机相用5mol/L盐酸反萃取,镧可完全被转入溶液;混合萃取剂的协同萃取能力优于2种萃取剂单独使用时的萃取能力。The extraction of lanthanum from solution rare earth elements by quaternary ammonium salt synergistic system was studied.The results show that the mixture of two extractants has a positive synergistic effect on extraction of lanthanum,and the maximum synergistic coefficient is 3.25.The optimum extraction conditions are determined by conditional experiments.Under the conditions of V(P507)/V(N263)of 1/1,solution initial pH of 3.5,and Vo/Vaof 3/4,contact time of 7min,the distribution ratio of lanthanum is 0.94.Under the conditions of rare earth concentration of 0.52mol/L,contact time of 7min and Vo/Vaof 1/1,the separation coefficient of lanthanum and cerium is 14.8.The loading organic phase can be completely stripped using 5 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution.The extraction ability of the mixed extractants is better than that using single extractant.
