摘 要:针对某氢氧化铝焙烧炉烟气,对电除尘器实施金属滤网电场改造,改造后开展总尘及PM测试实验。测试结果表明,除尘器出口总尘浓度仅为9.95mg/m 3,除尘效率达99.91%,较改造前有大幅提升;除尘器对0.03~10μm粒径段颗粒的除尘效率在40.07%~99.09%,PM10、PM2.5、PM1的除尘效率分别为98.09%、93.29%、89.07%。The electric field transformation of metal filter was carried out on the electric precipitator for the actual burning flue gas of an alumina hydroxide roasting furnace,and the total dust and PM test was carried out after the transformation.The test results showed that,the total dust concentration at the outlet of the dust collector was only 9.95mg/m 3,and the dust removal efficiency was 99.91%,which was greatly improved compared with that before the transformation.The dust removal efficiency of dust remover for particles with particle size from 0.03~10μm ranges from 40.07%~99.09%.The mass concentrations of PM10,PM2.5 and PM1,and the corresponding dust removal efficiency were 98.09%,93.29%and 89.07%,respectively.
