摘　　要：目的:研究外侧睑板条固定术联合射频技术在退行性下睑外翻矫正中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年4月的82例(90眼)退行性下睑外翻患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用Byron Smith改良术治疗,观察组采用外侧睑板条固定术联合射频技术治疗。观察两组治疗效果及术后恢复情况。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组[93.02%(40/43)vs 71.79%(28/39)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后均无明显不良反应。结论:外侧睑板条固定术联合射频技术矫正退行性下睑外翻效果显著,舒适安全,术后美观,可达到满意的临床效果。Objective To study the effect of lateral tarsal plate fi xation combined with radiofrequency technique in correction of degenerative lower eyelid ectropion.Methods 82 cases(90 eyes)of degenerative lower eyelid ectropion from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected,randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Byron Smith modified operation.The observation group was treated with lateral meibomian strip fi xation combined with radiofrequency technique.The therapeutic effect and postoperative recovery of the two groups were observed.Results The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group[93.02%(40/43)vs 71.79%(28/39)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions after treatment.Conclusion Lateral tarsal plate fixation combined with radiofrequency technique has a remarkable effect in the correction of degenerative lower eyelid ectropion,it is comfortable,safe and beautiful after operation.It can achieve satisfactory clinical effect.
