滚轮微针联合皮下分离术和皮肤瘢痕化学重建技术治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察滚轮微针、皮下分离术联合皮肤瘢痕化学重建技术在痤疮凹陷性瘢痕中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者医院2018年1月-2019年1月治疗的76例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者,随机分为两组。对照组:36例,采用滚轮微针、皮下分离术治疗;观察组:40例,采用滚轮微针、皮下分离术联合皮肤瘢痕化学重建技术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、瘢痕改善情况、不良反应以及患者的面部满意度。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后3个月两组VSS评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者的面部满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滚轮微针、皮下分离术联合皮肤瘢痕化学重建技术在痤疮凹陷性瘢痕中的应用效果满意,能够显著改善患者的瘢痕情况,提高临床疗效,并且安全性好,患者的面部满意度更高。Objective To observe the effect of microneedle roller,subcision combined with chemical reconstruction of skin scars in acne scars.Methods 76 patients with acne scars treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected,36 patients treated with roller microneedle and subcision were used as control group,40 patients treated with microneedle roller,subcision combined with chemical reconstruction of skin scars were used as observation group,the clinical outcomes,scar improvement,adverse reactions and patient facial satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was signifi cantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no signifi cant difference in the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)score between two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the VSS scores of both groups were signifi cantly lower(P<0.05),and the VSS score of observation group was signifi cantly lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant difference in the complication rate between two groups(P>0.05).The facial satisfaction of observation group was signifi cantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microneedle roller,subcision combined with chemical reconstruction of skin scars is satisfactory in patients with acne scars,it can signifi cantly improve the patient's scar condition,improve clinical effi cacy,it has good safety,and patient satisfaction is higher.
