改良垂直下蒂法在巨乳缩小术中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良垂直下蒂法在巨乳缩小术中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年3月-2019年10月笔者医院治疗的70例巨乳患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。对照组采用双环法手术治疗,观察组采用改良垂直下蒂法手术治疗,比较两组患者的手术效果。结果:观察组术后乳晕直径及温哥华瘢痕评分均低于对照组,乳房形态评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后生理功能、社会功能、生理职能、精神健康、情感职能、活力、总体健康各项指标评分均高于对照组,且观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:巨乳患者采用改良垂直下蒂巨乳缩小术治疗,有利于乳房外观形态及生理功能的恢复,其术后并发症较低,提升了患者术后的生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of improved vertical lower pedicle method in the reduction mammaplasty.Methods A total of 70 patients with breast milk treated in our hospital from March 2017 to October 2019 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35).The control group was treated with double ring surgery,and the observation group was treated with modifi ed vertical lower pedicle surgery.The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The diameter of the areola and the Vancouver scar score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the breast morphology score in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,social function,physiological function,mental health,emotional function,vitality and overall health in the observation group were higher than thatin the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was signifi cantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of modifi ed vertical lower pedicle bust reduction for patients with large breasts is benefi cial to the restoration of breast appearance and physiological functions.The postoperative complications are low,which improves the quality of life of patients after surgery and is worthy of popularization and application.
