摘　　要：目的:探讨不同美容护理干预在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间预防医护人员鼻面部压力性损伤的效果。方法:将2020年1月-2020年3月笔者医院隔离病房的80例接受护理干预的医护人员随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),对照组采用水胶体敷料护理干预,观察组采用超薄泡沫敷料护理干预,比较两组医护人员鼻面部压力性损伤的发生情况及满意度。结果:观察组鼻面部压力性损伤发生率为7.5%(3/40)低于对照组的25.0%(10/40),且观察组医护人员对敷料舒适性满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在预防医护人员鼻面部压力性损伤的发生中,超薄泡沫敷料效果优于水胶体敷料,且舒适度更高。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of different cosmetic nursing interventions on preventing nasal and facial pressure injury of medical staff during the battling against of the COVID-19.Methods 80 anti-COVID-19 medical workers receiving nursing intervention in the isolation ward of our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)from January to March 2020.The control group was treated with hydrocolloid dressing,while the observation group was treated with ultra thin foam dressing.The nasal and facial pressure injury and satisfaction in two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nasal and facial pressure injury in the observation group was 7.5%(3/40)lower than that in the control group[25.0%(10/40)],and the satisfaction score of medical staff in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultra thin foam dressing is superior to hydrocolloid dressing in preventing the occurrence of nasal and facial pressure injury of medical staff during the battling against of the COVID-19,and it's more comfortable.
