中医外治法治疗化疗后白细胞减少的研究进展

摘　　要：常用的中医外治疗法,如针刺、艾灸、穴位敷贴、穴位埋线等在恶性肿瘤化疗后的白细胞减低中的治疗中均有应用,根据不同外治法每次治疗的时间长短分为短时治疗、长时治疗和持续治疗,按此分类来观察治疗持续时间不同的中医外治法,在治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减低中的疗效及依从性。Commonly used external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine, such as acupuncture,moxibustion, acupoint application, acupoint catgut embedding, etc., are all applied in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy for malignant tumors. According to the length of time of each treatment with different external therapies, they are divided into short-term treatment, long-term treatment and continuous treatment. According to this classification, the therapeutic effect and compliance of different external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine with different treatment duration in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy for malignant tumors are understood.
