摘　　要：为确定剖检表现浆膜炎的病死水禽的病原,无菌采集其脑组织,划线培养法分离细菌,PCR法鉴定细菌,凝集试验法鉴定其血清型,纸片法进行药物敏感试验。共分离得到4株1型鸭疫里默氏菌,同时敏感的药物有:氟苯尼考、强力霉素和壮观霉素,同时耐受的药物有:多黏菌素B、卡那霉素、林可霉素和青霉素等。在此基础上,推荐氟苯尼考、强力霉素和壮观霉素等作为近期预防和治疗传染性浆膜炎的优选药物。To determine the cause of serositis in the dead waterfowl,the aseptic brain tissue were collected,from which bacterial strains were isolated and identified by PCR,for serotype by agglutination test,for drug sensitivity by diffusion test on paper.Four strains of Riemerella anatipestifer serotype 1 were isolated and identified.All the strains were sensitive to Florfenicol,Doxycycline and Spectinomycin and were resistant to Polymyxin B,Kanamycin,Lincomycin and Penicillin.So,Florfenicol,Doxycycline and Spectinomycin are recommended as the optimal drugs for the prevention and treatment of infectious serositis.
