摘 要:为了解龙岩市部分猪场猪结肠小袋纤毛虫和猪等孢球虫的感染情况,采集龙岩市不同县(市、区)4个猪场不同年龄阶段猪群的245份粪便样品,进行直接涂片镜检检查。结果表明,4个猪场均检查到猪结肠小袋纤毛虫感染,平均感染率33.5%,其中种公猪感染率最高为51.7%,哺乳仔猪感染率最低为10.0%;2个猪场检查到猪等孢球虫感染,平均感染率2.0%,其中哺乳仔猪和保育猪感染率分别为5.2%和4.8%。调查结果为猪场采取合理措施防治猪结肠小袋纤毛虫和猪等孢球虫感染提供依据。To investigate the infection of Neobalantidium coli and Isospora suis in some pig farms in Longyan city. Direct smear microscopy was performed on 245 fecal samples from 4 pig farms with different ages in different counties(cities and districts) in Longyan city. The results showed that Neobalantidium coli infection was detected in 4 pig farms with an average infection rate of 33.5%, with the highest infection rate 51.7% in boars and the lowest rate 10.0% in suckling piglets. The average infection rate of Isospora suis was 2.0% in 2 pig farms, with the infection rate 5.2% in Suckling pigs and 4.8% in nursing pigs. The results of the investigation provide a basis for the prevention and control of Neobalantidium coli and Isospora suis with reasonable measures.
