摘 要:采用固相法制备钕钡铜氧NdBa2Cu3O7-δ(NdBaCuO)粉体,将金属银粉以不同质量分数添加到NdBaCuO粉体中,通过压制、烧结制备银掺杂的钕钡铜氧Ag/NdBaCuO复合材料。用X射线分析仪分析样品物相,用扫描电子显微镜和金相显微镜及X射线能谱仪分析样品显微结构和元素组成,用摩擦实验机测试Ag/NdBaCuO复合材料与对偶件钢对摩的摩擦学性能。物相及力学性能分析结果表明:NdBaCuO与银二者不发生化学反应,添加银后NdBaCuO微观结构没有改变;分布在NdBaCuO基底中的银增大了复合材料密度。摩擦测试结果表明:Ag/NdBaCuO复合材料摩擦因数和磨损率比纯NdBaCuO的低,Ag/NdBaCuO复合材料中的银起到了固体润滑剂的作用,提高了Ag/NdBaCuO复合材料减摩耐磨性能。NdBa2Cu3O7-δ(NdBaCuO) powder was prepared by solid phase method,and metal silver powder was added to NdBaCuO powder with different mass fraction to prepare Ag/NdBaCuO composites by pressing and sintering.The sample phase was analyzed by X-ray analyzer.The microstructure and element composition of the samples were analyzed by scan electron microscope and metallographic microscope and X-ray energy spectrometer.The friction properties of the samples against steel were measured by friction tester.The analysis results of phase and mechanical properties show that there is no chemical reaction between NdBaCuO and silver,and the microstructure of NdBaCuO does not changed after adding silver.The silver distributed in the NdBaCuO substrate increases the density of the Ag/NdBaCuO composite.Friction tests show silver in the Ag/NdBaCuO composite acts as a solid lubricant,which reduces the friction and wear of Ag/NdBaCuO composite,and improves the wear resistance of Ag/NdBaCuO composite.
