锁定钢板与解剖钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨锁定钢板与解剖钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法选取2016年11月~2018年11月我院收治的66例股骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,按照抛掷硬币方法分为Ⅰ组(n=33)与Ⅱ组(n=33例)。Ⅰ组采用锁定钢板治疗,Ⅱ组采用解剖钢板治疗。比较两组的治疗总有效率、手术指标。结果Ⅰ组治疗总有效率高于Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ⅰ组住院时间、骨折愈合时间短于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组术中出血量少于Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组精神状态、活动能力、日常生活评分高于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与解剖钢板相比锁定钢板治疗股骨远端骨折效果更好,手术创伤小且患者住院时间明显缩短,有利于其术后快速恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking plate and anatomical plate in the treatment of distal femoral fractures.Methods Sixty-six patients with distal femoral fractures treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into groupⅠ(n=33)and groupⅡ(n=33)according to the coin tossing.In groupⅠ,locking plate was used,while in groupⅡ,anatomical plate was used.The total therapeutic effectiveness rate,and surgical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total therapeutic effectiveness rate in groupⅠwas higher than that in groupⅡ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The hospital stay and fracture healing time in groupⅠwere shorter than those in groupⅡ(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in groupⅠwas less than that in groupⅡ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of mental state,activity ability and daily life of groupⅡwere higher than those of groupⅠ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the anatomical plate,the locking plate is more effective for the treatment of distal femoral fractures.The surgical trauma is milder and the hospital stay is much shorter,which is conducive to rapid recovery after surgery.
