摘　　要：目的探讨富血小板血浆注射治疗跟痛症的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月~2019年10月深圳市人民医院收治的50例跟痛症患者,依据随机抽签法分为两组,每组各25例,对照组采用针刀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加富血小板血浆注射治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分情况及踝-后足评分(AOFAS)情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组AOFAS评分比较,差异无统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后观察组疼痛、地面步行、最大步行距离(街区)、功能和自主活动、支撑情况、前后活动、反常步态AOFAS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论富血小板血浆注射治疗跟痛症的效果良好,可有效缓解疼痛,改善患者踝-后足功能,可在临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Platelet-rich Plasma Injection in the treatment of heel pain.Methods Fifty patients with heel pain treated in Shenzhen People′s Hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random lottery method,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a needle knife and the observation group added Platelet-rich Plasma Injection therapy on the basis of the control group,and the patient′s treatment effect,visual analogue score(VAS)score and ankle-hind foot score were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(76.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the VAS score of the two groups of patients before treatment,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the ankle posterior foot system(AOFAS)score in two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain,ground walking,maximum walking distance(blocks),functions and autonomous activities,support,forward and backward activities,abnormal gait in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Platelet-rich Plasma Injection has a good effect in treating heel pain,which can effectively alleviate pain and improve the ankle-hindock function of patients,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
