基于PDCA循环的5S在医院总务后勤管理中的应用

摘　　要：在医院整体的管理过程中总务后勤管理属于非常重要的组成部分,医院总务后勤管理工作的有序进行是保证医院正常治疗及为患者提供服务较为基础且重要的前提。现阶段绝大多数医院总务后勤管理过程中存在着较多的问题,这些问题的出现在很大程度上阻碍了医院的整体发展及管理水平的提高。因此,有效的医院总务后勤管理工作显得尤为重要,有效的管理措施能规范总务后勤科工作人员的行为规范,提高管理效果。为了分析基于PDCA循环的5S在医院总务后勤管理过程中的应用,笔者针对现阶段医院总务后勤管理过程中存在的问题进行了分析。In the overall management process of the hospital,the general affairs logistics management is a very important part.The orderly management of the general affairs logistics of the hospital is a prerequisite and important prerequisite for ensuring the normal treatment of the hospital and providing services for patients.At present,there are many problems in the process of general affairs logistics management in most hospitals,and the emergence of these problems has largely hindered the overall development of the hospital and the improvement of management level.Therefore,effective hospital general affairs logistics management work is particularly important.Effective management measures can standardize the behavioral norms of the general logistics department staff and improve management effectiveness.In order to analyze the application of 5S based on PDCA cycle in the hospital general logistics management process,the author analyzes the problems existing in the general logistics management process of the hospital at this stage.
