摘  要:为研究具有不同侧链分子量的聚羧酸减水剂在掺有蒙脱土矿物水泥浆中的分散效果,以甲基丙烯基聚乙二醇醚和丙烯酸为原材料,合成具有不同侧链分子量的聚羧酸减水剂;利用流动度测试、TOC测试技术以及Zeta电位测试方法,研究了侧链分子量不同的聚羧酸减水剂对水泥浆体的分散作用以及蒙脱土对其分散效果的影响。结果表明:侧链分子量大的聚羧酸减水剂以其明显的空间位阻效应以及高密度电荷的优点,较好地分散水泥浆体中的水泥颗粒;但大分子量侧链易在蒙脱土分子结构中形成物理插层,易被蒙脱土吸附,其分散效果受蒙脱土影响较大。In order to study the dispersion effect of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer with the chain molecular weight at different side mixed in the montmorillonite mineral cement slurry,based on the methyl allyl polyethylene glycol ether and acrylic acid as the materials,the polycarboxylate superplasticizer with the different side chain molecular weight was composed.The fluidity test,TOC test technology as well as Zeta potential test method were applied to study the polycarboxylate superplasticizer with different site chain molecular weight to the dispersion effect of the cement slurry as well as the montmorillonite to the dispersion effect influences of the cement slurry.The results showed that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer with high side chain molecular weight would have the advantages of the obvious stereo hindrance effect as well as the high density charge and could well disperse the cement particles in the cement slurry.But the large molecular weight side chain would easily form the physical intercalation in the molecular structure of the montmorillonite and could be easily adsorbed by the montmorillonite.Thus the dispersion effect of the side chain would be highly affected by the montmorillonite.
