摘 要:为研究固体激光介质热效应,文中将能量传输上转换效应和激发态吸收效应引入速率方程,以此推导激光产生过程中各类物理效应所产生热量的解析表达式。设计了激光二极管端面泵浦的Nd:GdVO4 1 342nm激光器,通过测量流经热电制冷片电流的方法对该激光器的热沉积百分比进行了实际测量。结果表明:热沉积百分比同被吸收泵浦功率呈增函数关系,且实验测量结果和理论计算结果相符合。To study the thermal effects in solid state laser medium comprehensively,the energy transfer up conversion effect and the excited state absorbed effect was introduced into the rate equation,by means of which the analytical expressions were deduced for the heat produced by all kinds of physical effects in the laser generation process.A diode end pumped Nd:GdVO 4 laser at 1342 nm was designed,and the thermal loading fraction was measured by measuring the current flowing through the thermal electric cooling plate.The results show that the thermal loading fraction was an increased function of the absorbed pump power,and that the experimental results were in good agreement with the theoretical results.
