摘 要:采用电解法制备了稳定的稀次氯酸水溶液,并与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和烷基糖苷等复配合成了泡沫型次氯酸水杀菌消毒剂。以紫外可见吸收光谱表征了其稳定性,测定了其发泡性能、除尘除臭性能和杀菌性能。结果表明,存放了42天的稀次氯酸水溶液与新鲜的次氯酸水溶液浓度基本无变化,具有较高的稳定性;泡沫型次氯酸水杀菌消毒剂发泡倍数高,具有较好的除尘除臭性能,除尘效果>90%,对氨气和硫化氢的去除率均在70%以上;具有优异的杀菌性能,对肠炎狐菌、金黄葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌、沙门氏杆菌、大肠杆菌的杀灭率均>99.99%。Stable dilute aqueous solution of hypochloric acid was prepared byelectrolytical method using diluted hydrochloric acid as raw material.Foam disinfectant of hypochloric acid was synthetized by compounding cetyltrimethylammonium bromide,alkyl glucoside and dilute aqueous solution of hypochloric acid.Its stability was characterized by UV-Vis absorption spectrum.Its foaming property,dedusting and deodorizing performance,bactericidal performance were also determined.The experimental results showed that concentration of hypochloric acid is almost unchanged compared the freshly prepared dilute aqueous solution of hypochloric acid with the sample after 42 days,the dilute aqueous solution of hypochloric acid has higher stability.The foam disinfectant of hypochloric acid had higher foamed multiples,higher dedusting and deodorizing performance.Its dust removal effect was higher 90%and removal rate of NH3 and H2S were higher than 70%.The foam disinfectant of hypochloric acid had excellent bactericidal performance.Its bactericidal rate to Enterotoxicosis,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Candida albicans,Salmonella,Escherichia coli was all higher than 99.99%.
