摘 要:荧光探针作为一类新型的荧光传感器被应用于各领域。"开-关-开"型荧光探针法是利用探针和猝灭剂相结合构建的传感器,达到检测目标物的一种新方法。该方法比直接猝灭法的选择性更好、灵敏度更高,受外界环境影响小。本论文论述了近年来这一新方法在阴阳离子、药物分子检测方面的应用,以及作用机理的探讨,为后续研究更加灵敏、高效的体系提供了理论依据。Fluorescent probe as a new type of fluorescent sensor is applied in many fields. "on-off-on" fluorescent probe method is a new method to detect the target, the sensor of which is constructed by the combination of probes and quenching agents. This method is featured by higher selectivity and sensitivity than the direct quenching method, as well as less external environmental impacts. Herein, recent applications and mechanisms of this new method in the detection of ions and pharmaceuticals are elucidated, which provide a theoretical basis for the further design of more sensitive and efficient system.
