摘　　要：在组合发明的创造性判断中,要结合发明所属技术领域、要解决的技术问题、所采用的技术手段、要达到的技术效果,深入理解技术方案,提炼发明构思,把握发明实质,客观站位本领域技术人员,从整体上判断要求保护的发明对本领域的技术人员来说是否显而易见。In determining the inventive step of an invention by combination, it is necessary to combine the technical field of the invention, the technical problems to be solved, the technical means and the technical effects to be achieved.
