摘　　要：千里光S. scandens Buch.-Ham是一味常用中药,具有清热解毒、明目退翳、杀虫止痒、散瘀消肿等功效,千里光中含有黄酮类、有机酸类、生物碱类、挥发油类等化合物,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗滴虫、保肝等药理活性。对千里光的化学成分、药理作用的研究进展进行了简要综述,以期为千里光进一步合理利用提供参考。S. scandens Buch.-Ham is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine. It has the functions of antipyretics and detoxification, relieving eyesight, insecticide and antipruritic, swelling and stasis. It contains flavonoids, organic acids, alkaloids and volatile oil compounds. pharmacological activities are antibacterial, antiviral, antitumor, trichmonas, and liver protection. The research progress of the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of S. scandens Buch.-Ham is reviewed in order to provide a reference for the further reasonable use of S. scandens Buch.-Ham.
