摘  要:本技术是污泥热水解工艺过程中产生的恶臭废气,恶臭主要为硫化氢、氨、甲硫醇、甲硫醚、二甲二硫、二硫化碳、三甲胺、苯乙烯等高浓度、高复杂、多成分致臭物,恶臭的臭气浓度达到100万量纲级别,其中的硫化氢浓度达到7700~12000 mg/m^3,甲硫醇浓度达到2600mg/m^3、甲硫醚浓度达到1500mg/m^3、二甲二硫浓度达到1300mg/m^3,高浓度臭气经过催化氧化脱硫、碱喷淋洗涤、吸收液微雾吸收、生物除臭处理工艺多级技术处理后,最终处理到排气筒臭气浓度不大于1000,各项指标达GB14554-1993《恶臭污染物排放标准》规定的标准,为解决污泥热水解产生的恶臭污染物除臭难题探索了治理工艺和方法,积累了实践经验。This technology is the odor waste gas produced in the process of sludge thermal hydrolysis. The odor mainly consists of high concentration, complex and multi-component odorants such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, methylmercaptan, methylsulfide, dimethyldisulfide, carbon disulfide, trimethylamine and styrene. The odor concentration reaches 1 million dimension level, of which the hydrogen sulfide concentration reaches 7700~12000 mg/m^3, The concentration of methyl mercaptan reaches 2600 mg/m^3, the concentration of methyl sulfide reaches 1500 mg/m^3, and the concentration of dimethyldisulfide reaches 1300 mg/m^3. After the multi-level technical treatment of catalytic oxidation desulfurization, alkali spray washing, absorption solution micro mist absorption and biological deodorization, the odor concentration in the exhaust pipe is finally treated to be no more than 1000, and each index reaches the emission standard of odor pollutants(gb14554-1993) According to the established standard, the treatment process and method are explored to solve the problem of deodorization of odor pollutants produced by sludge thermal hydrolysis, and practical experience is accumulated.
