摘　　要：据资料显示,我国海洋生态环境总体良好,近岸局部海域的污染还相当严重,海洋生态环境保护治理形势还是不能掉以轻心。在国家海洋强国战略背景下,以现行海洋生态环境保护机制进行客观分析,并在此基础上找出其中存在的问题,针对性地提出完善健全海洋生态环境保护的法律法规体系及相关管理体制等建议,更有效地维护我国海洋生态环境保护事业的发展。According to the data, China’s marine ecological environment is generally good, and the pollution of local coastal waters is still quite serious. The situation of marine ecological environmental protection and governance cannot be taken lightly. In the context of the national maritime power strategy, objective analysis is carried out based on the current marine ecological environment protection mechanism, and on this basis, the existing problems are identified, and the laws and regulations system and related management systems for marine ecological environment protection are proposed and improved. It is recommended to more effectively maintain the development of China’s marine ecological environmental protection cause.
